• Scope: Gambling activities are regulated by the Sikkim Casino Act and Rules and the licences are granted to the operators by the Sikkim government under the same Act. It is pertinent to note that the licensees are permitted to conduct their gambling activities only in five-star hotels. The relevant details are enumerated under question 2.4 below.
